Being so close to the Parkway, you have the added upgrades of city water, city sewer and broadband internet access. Walking up to the front door, you're greeted with a near-wraparound deck on 3 sides of the cabin. Upon entering the front door, the large cathedral ceiling by the gas logs fireplace grabs your immediate attention. Full kitchen and pub table, and a spacious family room all on the first floor. Upstairs is the loft bedroom with full king size bed and jacuzzi tub. The deck has a screened and covered hot tub area, a good old-fashioned swing and a seating table for four. Hard to find such a perfect blend of proven rental income, terrific location and still be surrounded by so much nature.
